Once the API has failed, there will be a short "cooldown" for when it attempts to use it again. If the addon detects that the API isn't responding correctly, it'll revert back to the fallbacks (with watermarks) and it'll try again with the API at a later time. This may not always work because TikTok can change how this works and block the way of downloading.īy default it'll prioritize downloading from the API, but this can be turned off in the settings.
